Qualifications & Experience

Education

Master’s degree or higher in:
- GIS/Geomatics
- Space Sciences
- Urban Economics
- Geography
- Public Policy (with GIS focus)
PhD candidates preferred for research-intensive roles

Professional Experience

5+ years of progressive responsibility in:
- National GIS program management
- Large-scale survey operations
- Urban/spatial planning systems
Demonstrated success with:
- Government geospatial projects
- International development initiatives
- Technical team leadership

Technical Competencies

Expert in ArcGIS Enterprise, QGIS, ERDAS, ENVI
Advanced Python/R scripting for spatial analysis
Survey tech proficiency (RTK GPS, UAV photogrammetry)
Big data handling (PostgreSQL, GeoServer)
Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, WebGIS)
