Key Responsibilities

✔. Network & Security Management:

  • Administer firewalls, routers, switches, and domain controllers

  • Implement Group Policies, patch management, and antivirus solutions

  • Ensure 99.9% uptime for servers & core infrastructure

✔- System Administration:

  • Deploy Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Windows 11, and Office 365

  • Manage MS Exchange, user access controls, and spam filters

✔ Operational Excellence:

  • Develop SOPs for IT operations

  • Resolve Tier-2/3 helpdesk tickets

  • Monitor network performance & optimize bandwidth

✔ Strategic Leadership:

  • Train IT teams on emerging technologies

  • Align systems with SECP/PEMRA compliance standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    • Master’s/Bachelor’s (Hons) in:

      • Computer Science/Engineering

      • IT/Telecommunications

      • Software Engineering (16–18 years of education)

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years in network administration (public/private sector)

    • Hands-on expertise in:

      • Cisco/Huawei networking

      • Subnetting, VLANs, and firewall policies

      • Active Directory & Azure AD

Desired Skills

🔹 Technical:

  • Network architecture design

  • Enterprise antivirus deployment

  • Exchange Server management

🔹 Soft Skills:

  • Crisis management in high-pressure environments

  • Stakeholder collaboration
